Features
1. Controlled by converter, the knives rotates steadily. The cutting length is adjustable (1~20mm);
2. The machine is easy to clean and maintain. The key parts are processed by CNC center, which not only ensures the precision but also prolong the working life.
Knife Type: Two kinds of knives make the machine could be used as slicer and dicer.
Slicing size: Could be adjusted according to different needs, smallest size is 1mm.
Application: There are two types of knives equipped in the machine, which can cut not only stems and leaves vegetable (leek), but also root vegetable (cutting cabbage cubes).
